South Bend mayor speaks out after announcing presidential run

WASHINGTON (Gray DC) -- The pool of Democratic presidential hopefuls is getting larger.

On Wednesday, the mayor of South Bend, Ind., Pete Buttigieg, announced he's forming an exploratory committee for a 2020 presidential bid.

Buttigieg is in Washington, D.C., attending the U.S. Conference of Mayors.

The Gray Television Washington News Bureau caught up with him there to discuss his bid for the White House.
