Sen. Sullivan attends White House event honoring wounded warriors

WASHINGTON (Gray DC) -- President Trump honored injured veterans and active service members at the White House Thursday.

They were in town for a four-day cycling event called “Soldier Ride.” It’s organized by the Wounded Warrior Project, which helps those who’ve suffered physical, mental, and emotional wounds.

Sen. Dan Sullivan (R-AK) — a lieutenant colonel in the Marine Corps reserves — attended the event. He spoke to our Washington Bureau's Ted Fioraliso.
