Rep. G.K. Butterfield on court demand for new political battle lines in N.C.

WASHINGTON (Gray DC) - A ruling by three North Carolina judges is sending shockwaves through the Nation's Capital.

On Monday, the panel of Superior Court judges ruled the current congressional map cannot be used in 2020 elections. They based their decision on what they see as a strong possibility that a legal challenge to the congressional map will ultimately be successful.
