Rep. Conaway was next to Scalise when shots fired

WASHINGTON (Gray DC) -- Rep. Mike Conaway (R-TX) was playing first base during a practice for the congressional baseball game when shots were fired Wednesday morning.

Majority Whip, Rep. Steve Scalise (R-LA), was at second base, and was shot.

Conaway says he could see the suspect firing a rifle on the third base line.
