Lawmakers weigh in on spending deal, border security plans

WASHINGTON (Gray DC) -- Members of Congress react to this evening's vote to pass a spending bill that will avert a partial federal government shutdown, while enhancing border security. President Donald Trump also plans to move forward with declaring a national emergency to expand his border wall vision.
