Jones looks to mitigate disaster impacts as relief package passes

WASHINGTON (Gray DC) -- Sen. Doug Jones (D-AL) is introducing legislation to help communities in the direct aftermath of disaster. His two bills would expand evacuation routes for rural communities and help families build storm shelters by way of a tax credit.
